story pitch:
An elderly couple lives in a goldfish shaped submarine in a futuristic underwater city located in a deep sea ravine.
The husband goes into the city to buy his wife an anniversary present but drops his wedding ring.
He deep into the ravine (which is known to be dangerous) to find the wedding ring.
He finds the ring, but it's on a very large anglerfish which tries to eat him.
He gets away and returns home, his wife turns out to not be mad about him losing the ring because she's glad that he's alive.
Backup story pitches:
There's a bounty hunter in a futuristic city who lives on his floating motorcycle, who hopes to earn enough money to afford an apartment.
He gets a job assignment to capture a runaway magic student.
He captures the runaway magic student but in the process they have a nice conversation and become friends.
The runaway magic student gets badly injured due to trying to remove an exploding tracking device.
Instead of turning her in the bounty hunter brings her to a hospital, forgoing his reward money.
An art student exists in a normal non futuristic art school.
The art student enrolls in a ceramics class.
The art student gets assigned to make a sculpture of Bob Ross's face, which proves to be challenging.
After hours of grueling effort the art student finishes the Bob Ross portrait, only to accidentally drop it face first onto the floor.
The art student has a public breakdown and vows to never do ceramics again.
